Lightyear Corporation merges with Chain to form Interstellar

The merger brings Chain’s enterprise products and customer base to Stellar’s public blockchain. Interstellar will enable organizations to issue, exchange, and manage assets on the Stellar blockchain. The combined company’s line of products will include StellarX, a marketplace for trading security tokens and Sequence, a blockchain-as-a-service tool.
