ChangeNOW launches Fast-Track Program to solve the ‘zero-revenue’ trap for new crypto wallets
Crypto infrastructure provider ChangeNOW has launched a Free Fast-Track Program aimed at early-stage wallet developers. The initiative addresses the two primary bottlenecks for new wallets: lack of initial user base and the inability to monetize non-transactional storage.
The program offers a streamlined integration of ChangeNOW’s exchange API combined with a marketing support package. Unlike standard referral agreements, this initiative focuses on immediate revenue activation, limiting intake to 3–4 vetted wallet projects per month. Participating teams receive hands-on expert guidance in launch strategy, monetization optimization, and long-term growth.
The Economics of Embedded Exchange
For standalone wallets, the path to profitability is steep. Custody and storage do not generate yield by default, forcing teams to rely on transaction fees. However, building proprietary exchange infrastructure requires significant liquidity aggregation and maintenance.
ChangeNOW describes the setup as a basic partner onboarding flow: create a partner account, generate an API key, and integrate the exchange API so revenue attribution is linked to that key. Once the integration is live, the wallet can launch in-app swaps and start earning referral revenue from exchange volume.
Partners receive a starting revenue share of 0.4% from total exchange volume generated within their interface. The API aggregates rates from major CEXs and DEXs, supporting thousands of asset pairs and fixed-rate flows.
Marketing Support and Visibility
Beyond technical integration, the Fast-Track Program operates as a distribution partner. ChangeNOW claims to leverage its social channels (estimated 100,000+ reach across X and Telegram) and media connections to boost partner visibility.
The support package includes targeted media placements, which the company estimates can generate 300,000+ in cumulative reach across crypto outlets. In addition, ChangeNOW provides joint visibility at Tier-1 industry conferences, where average attendance exceeds 15,000 participants. These figures reflect media and event reach rather than direct user acquisition inside the wallet.
How to Participate
The program is designed specifically for newly launched wallets. Applications are processed through the ChangeNOW partner page, with internal review teams assessing technical readiness and product fit. Selected partners proceed directly to API integration followed by a coordinated launch campaign.
