Ethereum's Constantinople and St. Petersburg upgrade is live

Ethereum's latest upgrade, Constantinople and St. Petersburg, went live at block 7,280,000. 

According to Ethernodes.org, just 21.9 percent of Geth and Parity clients have upgraded their software to the Constantinople-compatible version.

The upgrade, which was initially scheduled for Jan. 16, contains 4 EIPs: 145, 1014, 1052, and 1234. 

Block times are expected to return to ~15 seconds, having risen to an average of ~20 seconds over the last month due to the increasing effects of the difficulty bomb.
