ConsenSys acquires space mining company

ConsenSys, the blockchain venture production studio, is acquiring Planetary Resources, a company aimed at identifying, extracting, and refining resources from asteroids. According to ConsenSys' co-founder, Joe Lubin, this acquisition brings "deep space capabilities into the ConsenSys ecosystem" and "reflects our belief in democratizing and decentralizing space endeavors to unite our species and unlock untapped human potential."
