tZERO makes new management appointments

Overstock’s security token platform subsidiary tZERO has filled management positions.

The company announced three new hires. Brooke Navarro has become Head of Issuance, Michael Mougias is the new Head of Investor Relations while Alexandra Sotiropoulos was named Head of Communications.

Before joining tZERO, Navarro served as a managing director in Investment Banking at Barclays where she advised clients on IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements. As the new Head of Issuance, she will be looking for companies interested in issuing tokens on tZERO's platform. She will also be looking into new partnerships to enable wider adoption of tZERO’s technology.

The former Head of Investor Relations at IMAX Corporation Michael Mougias will be in charge of the company’s investor relations strategy, while Alexandra Sotiropoulos, previously from Intermarket, will be responsible for tZERO’s communications function.
