Cryptocurrency exchange operator ErisX has partnered with software provider Etale to give institutional investors access to Etale’s real-time market data and trading solutions.
According to a Thursday press statement, users of the Wall Street-backed crypto exchange will now be able to take advantage of Etale’s trading services. Besides viewing real-time market data provided by Etale, users can also manage account balances and order execution using Etale’s machine learning-based algorithms. Coinbase Pro, Geimini, and itBit all adopt Etale's solutions, according to the company's website.
Etale believes ErisX’s experience with institutional investors and high compliance standards will help the firm promote its trading solutions.
“We are thrilled to be working with ErisX and believe they are setting the bar for traders and investors in the digital asset space,” said Etale CEO Matthew Cushman. “Their familiar infrastructure for institutional investors, unified platform for spot and regulated futures as well as state and federal licenses to help protect market integrity make the ErisX offering an attractive marketplace.”
Established in 2018, ErisX has garnered support from a number of high-profile Wall Street firms.
In April, the exchange launched its spot trading platform and raised $20 million in a Series B funding round from investors including Castle Island and Dragonfly Capital Partners. In Dec., it kicked off its bitcoin cryptocurrency futures trading platform with initial support for Bitcoin futures contracts.
