Coinbase says its Commerce platform has seen $200 million in transactions processed since launch

Coinbase's Commerce platform, which facilitates retail payments to merchants, has passed a notable milestone, according to CoinDesk: $200 million in total transactions over a two-year period.
Coinbase told CoinDesk on Thursday that it had seen that payments volume in the time since the Commerce platform's launch in February 2018. That represents a notable bump since the last update, when Coinbase said that it had seen $50 million in volume since launch.
The Commerce platform offers payments in cryptocurrencies like bitcoin as well as stablecoins like Dai and USDC.
