The Resolution Supporting Digital Currencies and Blockchain Technology supports a "light touch, consistent, and simple legal environment" for cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
The Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act affirms that non-custodial blockchain entities do not need to register as money transmitters.
The Safe Harbor for Taxpayers with Forked Assets Act creates a safe harbor for taxpayers with cryptocurrency forks that make a good faith effort to comply with tax policies.
