Blockchain company Advanced Blockchain AG has been listed on the Xetra platform, DGAP.de reports, making it the first blockchain company whose shares are tradable on the platform. Prior to the Xetra listing, Advanced Blockchain AG shares also became available on Frankfurt Stock Exchange in January.

The company designs and implements blockchain software for businesses. What's more, it has also launched the peaq project with its subsidiary nakamo.to GmbH. It has also created a DAG framework "DAGchain"—a base-layer protocol designed to get rid of vulnerabilities associated with traditional blockchain systems as well as DAG-specific consensus problems.

Xetra is a Frankfurt-based exchange operated by the Deutsche Börse. You can trade stocks, funds, bonds, warrants and commodities contracts on the platform. The platform is used in 16 European countries, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.
