Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest purchased additional shares of Bullish on Monday as the stock advanced amid a broader rally in equity markets.
The firm bought a total of 57,164 Bullish shares today across three of its exchange-traded funds, worth around $1.83 million based on the closing price, according to the firm's trading disclosure.
The move followed its purchase of 393,057 shares of Bullish on Friday, valued at roughly $10.8 million. Ark also sold about $22.2 million worth of Coinbase shares that day.
Ark's latest Bullish purchases came as equity markets rallied on Monday. Bullish shares closed up 16.76% at $32.05, while Coinbase rose 1.29% to $167.25, according to The Block's price page. Other major crypto-related stocks also advanced, with Circle up 5.36% and Bitmine gaining 4.79%.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.04%, reaching a fresh high, while the Nasdaq Composite added 0.9%. The S&P 500 climbed 0.47%.
Meanwhile, bitcoin was down 1.36% over the past 24 hours at $69,786 as of 10:10 p.m. ET Monday, after trading between roughly $68,500 and $71,000 during the day, according to The Block's BTC price page. Ethereum edged up 0.7% to $2,097.
