Cryptio, a provider of enterprise resource planning software for digital asset operations, said it has raised $45 million in a Series B funding round. The company plans to use the fresh capital to develop new loan and treasury management applications as regulated financial institutions increase their exposure to stablecoins and tokenized securities.

The round was co-led by BlackFin Capital Partners and Sentinel Global, according to a statement shared with The Block. BlackFin, an independent venture capital and private equity firm focused on financial services, manages more than €4 billion ($4.7 billion) in assets. Existing investors 1kx, Alven, BlueYard Capital, and Ledger Cathay Capital also participated in the financing.

Cryptio previously raised a $10 million Series A round in 2022, led by Point Nine, and a $15 million Series A extension in 2025. The company earlier secured a $1.2 million seed round in April 2021, led by Draper Associates with participation from ConsenSys Ventures, Outlier Ventures, and Aave founder Stani Kulechov.

Cryptio builds data reconciliation and accounting software designed to handle blockchain native transactions. The company's platform aggregates information from blockchains, exchanges, custodians, and brokerages to produce audit-ready records. Its architecture supports audit procedures conducted by Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC, it said.

The company counts banks, exchanges, and asset managers among its clients. Société Générale's SG Forge, stablecoin issuer Circle, crypto exchange Gemini, and tokenization firm Securitize rely on the platform for financial integrity across their digital asset businesses, according to the statement.

"This funding enables us to broaden our expansion and serve these regulated institutions with new applications like Loan Management and Treasury Management," Cryptio founder and CEO Antoine Scalia said.

Cryptio said its platform currently supports more than 400 enterprises across over 30 countries. The company has processed more than $3 trillion in cumulative transaction volume to date, spanning activity across stablecoins, tokenized assets, lending, and exchange operations, per the statement.
