PUMP.FUN is a Solana-based meme‑coin launchpad that enables users to create and trade custom tokens instantly. Since its debut on January 19, 2024, it has facilitated millions of token launches and generated significant trading fees, earning recognition as a major contributor to the Solana ecosystem.
In July 2025, the PUMP.FUN platform introduced its native token, PUMP, through an initial coin offering (ICO) held from July 12 to July 15. The ICO offered 150 billion PUMP—15 % of the total 1 trillion supply—at $0.004 each. The event raised approximately $500 million, valuing the project at around $4 billion at launch.
