A Brief Review of the OP Stack Ecosystem

OP Stack, the open-source software that powers OP Mainnet (previously Optimism), started receiving significant attention after the launch of Base, Coinbase's Layer 2 development. Prior to that, there were already nascent efforts building on top of OP Stack, which was covered in an earlier research piece. 

As of this writing, many more protocols have started utilizing the OP Stack in their own development. From increasing the throughput of Layer 1s to incorporating OP Stack into rollups-as-a-service (RaaS) to integrating with data availability layers, it appears that OP Stack is gaining significant adoption.
