Rapid Insights: What Base Means for Coinbase

Coinbase recently announced the launch of Base, an optimistic rollup that aims to offer a low-cost avenue for building and using decentralized apps (dapps). Coinbase’s goal with Base is to onboard their existing users and more to the crypto economy.
