Clusters is a blockchain name service analogous to the Ethereum Name Service (ENS) but with two primary distinctions: demand-based pricing and multichain support. 

In a nutshell, a name service provides translation services between two namespaces. A blockchain name service translates human-readable strings of characters recorded in the service registry (i.e., names) to blockchain addresses in the form of alphanumeric hashes.
