Searching for Alpha: Tenet

Tenet is a layer 1 (L1) Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible blockchain that employs a diversified proof of stake (DiPoS) model as its consensus mechanism. DiPOS enables validators to secure the network by staking a diverse range of assets rather than a singular native token, as is the case with traditional proof of stake (PoS).

This basket of assets, at present, consists of ETH, ATOM, BNB, MATIC, ADA, DOT, the native TENET token, and an array of liquid staking derivatives (LSDs) such as stETH and cbETH. The composition of the basket is subject to its own governance.
