Slush: A Framework for Rollups-as-a-service

Slush is a rollup scaling framework that allows for customizable layers to be built on top of StarkNet, a zk-rollup developed by StarkWare. Loosely speaking, Slush can be considered a Layer 3 (L3) framework, since it leverages validity proof recursion to scale vertically. However, Slush can arbitrarily scale beyond a third layer, making it more concise to classify it as a Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS) framework. Currently, Slush is still in the development stage, so there could still be significant changes to their proposed implementation.
