DeFi Digest: Alpha Homora and Shell Protocol

Alpha Homora is a yield farming product released by Alpha Finance Labs, a startup that's building cross-chain DeFi products. The product allows yield farmers, initially in Uniswap pools, to get up to 3X leverage for their farming positions.

At the center of this system is the Alpha Homora bank. ETH lenders deposit assets into the bank to get interest-bearing ETH, which generates interest from borrowers (yield farmers). Borrowers can borrow up to 2X their initial collateral (100 ETH allows users to borrow 200 ETH from the bank) to farm in one of the four Uniswap pools that pays out UNI tokens.
