DeFi Digest: BadgerDAO and SynLev

2020 was a breakout year for many cross-chain projects building bridges to bring bitcoin the asset to Ethereum the network. BadgerDAO is another one of these projects, created as DAO and focused entirely on building bitcoin-enabled DeFi services.

To achieve what it believes to be proper distribution of its governance tokens, BadgerDAO is retroactively rewarding tokens to a handful of participants that it believes supports the mission of the protocol.
