Mapping out IOSG Ventures' portfolio

IOSG Ventures is an investment and research firm focused on the blockchain/crypto sector with offices in Singapore and Shenzhen, China. The firm was founded in 2017 by Jocy Lin, and later in 2020, the former co-founder of the blockchain protocol Zilliqa joined IOSG Ventures as a partner. 

During the firm’s early days, IOSG was predominately focused on providing investment to layer-1 networks, where it became one of the leading investors in Polkadot and Near Protocol. However, between 2019 and 2020, as the decentralized finance (DeFi) vertical began to blossom, the firm began to focus more heavily on it and middleware solutions that provide infrastructure and support to these financial applications.
