Y Combinator is a popular startup accelerator program that hosts two three-month sessions every year. The incubator offers a full-fledged service starting from individual one-on-one advising sessions with partners and ending with Demo Day - a presentation to investors and the press. However, the partnership does not end there, as Y Combinator participants can utilize the alumni network, engage in office hours and seek additional funding from the network.

The accelerator invests $500,000 in every company through two separate installments. $125,000 is invested in a post-money safe for 7% of the company and $375,000 in an uncapped SAFE.

Some of the most well-known names in the crypto/blockchain space that have graduated from Y Combinator include NFT marketplace OpenSea, portfolio tracking and accounting software CoinTracker, and a Bitcoin smart contract layer Stacks, among many others.
