Current State of Crypto Markets

The last few weeks have been reasonably volatile in the digital asset sector, which experienced a torpid market activity followed by a shift of market sentiment where bearishness caused by SEC lawsuits against crypto exchanges turned into bullishness courtesy of the BlackRock Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) filing and the mixed ruling on XRP’s status as a security.

The Fear and Greed Index, which analyzes market-wide sentiments and showcases them into one simple number from 0 to 100, depicts a change in sentiment as the index rose from 41 to 65 following ETF announcements and shot up again from 57 to 64 after Ripple’s ruling.
