Update on FTX's Advisor Fees

For the period between February 1, 2023 – April 30, 2023 advisors filed $121.8mm of fees. As restructuring advisors, their claims and compensation sit on top of other claims and are "super senior" to the unsecured claims bucket which includes customer deposits. As the restructuring practice drags on, customers' recovery rate and timeline to recovery remain opaque.

According to additional filings, the majority of assets held at one of the FTX LLCs (Emergent Fidelity Technologies) reflects the $630.1mm of Robinhood shares SBF purchased in May-22.
