Huobi Global, the Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange, was founded in 2013 by Leon Li. The company initially began as a simple spot trading exchange. Today, Huobi has grown into a business that oversees ten different business lines. Across all of Huobi's business lines, the company currently employs the second most individuals in the entire blockchain industry at approximately 1,300 people by our estimates.

Some of these business lines include Huobi Global, the company's spot trading platform. Huobi Research, a research arm that is committed to advancing the ecosystem through research and development.
