Founded in 2016 in Summerlin, Nevada, Prime Trust focuses on providing financial infrastructure to the digital asset ecosystem. Prime Trust's single point of integration offers Web3 financial products, including compliance, payment rails, custody, liquidity, settlement, indemnity and crowdfunding. Prime Trust powers some of the largest fintech brands in the world, including many of the leading crypto exchanges, lending platforms, digital wallets, payment platforms, ATSs, RIAs, wealth management platforms, broker-dealers, and crowdfunding platforms. In 2017, they became a Nevada chartered trust company and offered stablecoin support in 2018. Binance.US selected Prime Trust as its infrastructure provider in 2019. 

The Prime Trust Custody API provides custody and sub-custody of users' funds across a spectrum of account types. The solution includes a policy engine to control operational activities, including internal and external audits. Prime Trust utilizes both hot and cold wallet architecture. By utilizing both, Prime Trust can securely custody assets without creating bottlenecks and slowing down client operations. Key benchmarks include assets under custody increased +280% YoY in 2021.
