Silvergate Bank has a +24 year track record of profitability. Silvergate is a registered bank holding company under the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, Division of Financial Institutions (DFPI) regulates Silvergate, which has been a Federal Reserve bank member since 2012.
