Crypto Unicorn: Game Design Analysis

Crypto Unicorn is a Polygon-based farming simulation game by Laguna Games. It is a two-tiered premium game in which owning a Land NFT will only grant access to one of the game's features. To unlock all features, players will have to own a Unicorn NFT. The game's pastoral journey is powered by its two native tokens, Crypto Unicorn Rainbow (RBW) and Unicorn Milk (UNIM). 

Laguna Games has raised $31 million, with 16% from the seed round in October 2021 led by Bitkraft Ventures and the remaining 84% from its token sale in March 2022 led by TCG. At the time of writing, the game is only playable via web browsers and is expected to be released on iOS and Android as well.
