Eightco Holdings (Nasdaq: OCTO) is a U.S.-based holding company with origins in e-commerce financing (formerly Forever 8) and packaging and logistics (Ferguson Containers). The company is shifting part of its strategy toward cryptocurrency treasury management, highlighted by its plan to raise million to acquire Worldcoin (WLD) as its primary reserve asset, alongside smaller holdings in ether (ETH) and cash. Backed by investors such as World Foundation, Kraken, Pantera, and GSR, Eightco has announced plans to rebrand its Nasdaq ticker to “ORBS” and appointed technology analyst Dan Ives as chairman.
