The customizable onchain analytics tool Parsec is winding down, according to an announcement on Thursday. 

“After 5 years parsec is now offline. We are in the process of refunding and cancelling active subscriptions,” the team wrote on X and its website. “We are eternally grateful to those that traversed the ups and downs onchain with us. It was quite the ride.”

Parsec offered an onchain analytics platform and terminal that let users build customized dashboards and data visualizations, particularly for DeFi and NFTs, as well as API access.

Its Parsec Agent was also an early experiment with LLM-powered crypto research, offering insights into Polymarket outcomes, Twitter sentiment, and market activity. 

The project launched in early 2021 and raised funding from Galaxy Digital, Polychain Capital, Robot Ventures, and Uniswap Ventures, among others, in its $1.25 million seed round and $4 million seed extension.
