Binance receives strategic funding from the venture arm of Singapore's sovereign fund
Vertex Ventures, the venture capital arm of Temasek Holdings, will work with Binance to create Binance Singapore, a fiat-to-crypto exchange. The total amount of funding Binance received from Vertex Ventures was undisclosed. In September, Binance founder and CEO Zhao Changpeng, revealed his intentions to launch a crypto exchange on every continent.
