CBDC for days

In response to a group of important central banks announcing that they will work together to explore CBDC more directly (including the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, Bank of Japan, Bank of Canada, the Swiss National Bank and the Riksbank), Christopher Giancarlo decided it was worth switching his planned "TED talk style" presentation at The Block's Davos event in favor for the first formal remarks detailing out his Digital Dollar Foundation.
