Grayscale's GBTC is the second most active stock on leading U.S. OTC market in 2020

Interestingly, the premium of the market value of total GBTC supply to the underlying Net Asset Value of bitcoins in the trust hit 41% on Tuesday, a +6 month high according to Bloomberg.

According to Charles Schwab’s recent SDBA Indicators Report, a benchmark study for activity within self-directed brokerage accounts (SDBAs), Millennials' 5th largest holding on average (as a % of assets held in equities) across Schwab portfolios is GBTC. Neither Gen X or Baby Boomers had GBTC in their top 10 equity holdings.
