If not now, when?

The S&P500, on a short week no less, posted its best weekly gain in nearly half a century. Gold has hit 7-year highs. And the Fed this week announced yet another round of credit support by way of $2.3 trillion in incremental lending facilities -- with three new facilities, and one major modification to prior PMCCF/SMCCF and TALF programs.

I'm old enough to remember when many thought the Fed fired, and/or wasted, its final round of ammunition.
