Q2' 22 Blockchain Private Funding and M&A Recap

With Q2 officially closing, venture funding in the blockchain sector by dollar amount declined roughly 22%, from approximately $12.5 billion to around $9.8 billion. 

Before this decrease, investment in the blockchain/crypto sector had increased for seven consecutive quarters, dating back to the first half of 2020.
