ProCap BTC is a "Bitcoin-native financial services firm" that was established by crypto influencer and investor Anthony Pompliano. The firm has merged with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. to form ProCap Financial. ProCap BTC aims to accumulate up to $1 billion worth of Bitcoin. The company has raised $516.5 million by offering equity and $235 million by selling convertible notes, marking "the largest initial fundraise in history for a public bitcoin treasury company."

ProCap BTC's strategy involves acquiring Bitcoin for its balance sheet and implementing risk-mitigated solutions to generate revenue and profits from its Bitcoin holdings. This approach is part of a larger trend of companies adopting Bitcoin treasury strategies, inspired by the success of firms like Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy.
