T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ) USD Price

The T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded product proposed by T. Rowe Price, one of the largest asset management firms in the world with approximately $1.8 trillion in assets under management. The fund is structured as a Delaware statutory trust and is expected to list on NYSE Arca under the ticker TKNZ, pending regulatory approval. Unlike passive ETFs that track a single cryptocurrency, this fund will actively manage a diversified portfolio of five to 15 digital assets, using quantitative models based on fundamentals, valuation, and momentum to try to outperform the FTSE US Listed Crypto Index.

The fund's eligible assets include a wide range of cryptocurrencies: bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH), solana (SOL), XRP, cardano (ADA), avalanche (AVAX), litecoin (LTC), polkadot (DOT), dogecoin (DOGE), hedera (HBAR), bitcoin cash (BCH), chainlink (LINK), stellar lumen (XLM), shiba inu (SHIB), and sui (SUI). The portfolio will rotate among these assets based on active management decisions, and additional eligible assets may be added over time without prior notice to shareholders.

The fund is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, meaning shareholders do not receive the same protections as investors in registered investment companies. T. Rowe Price Sponsor LLC serves as the fund's sponsor, with Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. as crypto asset custodian and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. as administrator. The management fee has not yet been disclosed. The fund currently uses a cash creation and redemption model, with potential for in-kind transactions in the future. Staking may also be pursued depending on regulatory guidance and risk considerations. As with all crypto investments, the fund is subject to significant price volatility and regulatory uncertainty.
