This chart shows how much Ether is left in the largest ICO treasuries, and is primarily a reflection of how much Ether was collected through the project's ICO.
These treasuries do not necessarily contain funds that can be spend by the project. For example, the Polkadot ICO treasury was frozen after a Parity multi-sig wallet bug in 2017.
