Number of Active Addresses on the Polkadot Relay Chain (7DMA)

The number of unique addresses that were active on the Polkadot Relay Chain either as a sender or receiver. The Relay Chain is the central chain of Polkadot. The Relay Chain is composed of a relatively small number of transaction types that include ways to interact with the governance mechanism, parachain auctions, and participating in NPoS. The Relay Chain has deliberately minimal functionality - for instance, smart contracts are not supported.
