<p>Ride-hailing giants Uber and Lyft, as well as cryptocurrency custodian Anchorage, are said to be sticking with the Libra Association for now, according to BBC and CNBC.</p> <p>"A ray of immense hope for Facebook. Lyft tells the BBC it is still in the Libra Association," <a href="https://twitter.com/DaveLeeBBC/status/1182763653847629824?s=20">said</a> BBC reporter Dave Lee on Twitter. </p> <p><span class="css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0">"Uber... says there is no change to its participation at this time," CNBC reporter Sally Shin <a href="https://twitter.com/sallyshin/status/1182755978074157056">wrote</a> in a tweet. </span></p> <p>Meanwhile, Anchorage co-founder Diogo Monica told The Block earlier this week that the company "is dedicated to continuing the mission of the Libra Association and is proud to be a founding member." </p> <p>The Libra Association, an alliance of companies that will collectively govern Facebook's Libra stablecoin project, has been dealing with a series of losses on Friday. eBay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Mercado Pago, and Stripe <a href="https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/42979/ebay-and-stripe-drop-out-of-facebooks-libra">have all announced</a> their exit from the organization. </p> <p>The remaining 22 members of the association will formally sign charters to officially join the organization on Monday in a private governance meeting. </p>
