According to cybersecurity firm Group-IB, the North Korean hacking group, Lazarus, stole $571M in cryptoassets over five different attacks. The $571M represents 65% of the $882M stolen from crypto exchanges since 2017. Additionally, Group-IB reports that in the past year and a half, 10% of the total funds raised by ICOs have been stolen. Group-IB expects targeted attacks on cryptocurrency exchanges and ICO platforms to rise as hackers realize how lucrative crypto-platforms are. (Source: The Next Web)
