Blockchain.com Group Holdings Inc. has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering.
The Dallas-based firm said Thursday the number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.
The offering remains subject to market and other conditions and completion of the SEC's review, according to the statement.
One of the oldest companies in the crypto industry, Blockchain.com operates a wallet, exchange, and institutional products suite and has been active since 2011.
The filing extends a sustained run of crypto listings that reshaped the sector last year.
Circle (CRCL), eToro (ETOR), Bullish (BLSH), and Gemini (GEMI) all went public in 2025, collectively raising an estimated $14.6 billion across at least 11 offerings.
BitGo listed on the NYSE in January 2026, becoming the first major crypto firm to go public this year. Kraken has also filed confidentially for a U.S. IPO in November 2025, targeting a first-quarter 2026 debut, but put those plans on hold in March as market conditions deteriorated. Grayscale remains among the companies still in the pipeline.
