Baidu, the Chinese internet giant, released the Baidu Blockchain White Paper V1.0, which describes the independently developed Super Chain. According to the white paper, the Super Chain network is more efficient than a traditional blockchain because it uses a higher degree of hardware utilization. In addition, Baidu will apply the Super Chain technology to various sectors including: food safety, product quality, retail, manufacturing, supply, and social networking. (Source: Cointelegraph)
